POLICY RETURNS
REFUND 

The items provided by https://sharpener-knife.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional retail and come from selected suppliers.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defective items:

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging without exception and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@aiguiseur-couteaux.com (description and attached photos/videos).

To complete a return, you must also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the steps to follow once your case has been accepted in accordance with our conditions. There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing delay before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and/or promotional items are not refundable.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@aiguiseur-couteaux.com.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time necessary to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or taking out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Marketing French Touch SRL is required to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s). If this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

  • Goods that you have opened and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
  • Goods that are inseparable from other items;
  • Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have certain missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
