Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Marketing French Touch SRL delivers to the following geographical areas: EUROPE, CANADA, DOM-TOM.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with the shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.
During periods of high activity, order preparation may take up to 72 hours, i.e. 3 working days.
The choice of carrier and the delivery price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products and the order amount, as well as the shipping country.
OUR SHIPPING METHODS
By Colissimo (home delivery, collection point, post office, 8 to 15 working days).
Some orders may be shipped from several suppliers, which may result in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs for an order below £50 of purchases are £3.90. Above £50, delivery is free. Marketing French Touch SRL reserves the right to modify these costs or temporarily cancel them without notice. These modifications do not require prior notification to the site's customers.
Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund of the shipping costs in place at the time of purchase. Information on shipping costs is always available at the order confirmation step.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our prior agreement.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order is delivered to you defective, partially or totally, you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund of the items concerned. To do so, send us a message at contact@aiguiseur-couteaux.com, including proof of purchase and a photo of the defective items. Also specify in your message whether you would like an exchange or a refund of the defective items.
ORDER CANCELLATION (IF APPLICABLE)
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email at contact@aiguiseur-couteaux.com. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, no cancellation request can be taken into account.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@aiguiseur-couteaux.com.
SHIPPING
To return a product, you must send it by post to the address we will provide you with after the acceptance of your request.
The shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time necessary to receive an exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or taking out insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
